Capt.Mustafa Kemal Onur
General Manager
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University Maritime Faculty in
2006.
He used to work as Master onboard vessels till 2016 at various types of
tankers including crude oil, product, chemical, and gas tankers for the
leading shipping companies like Aksay, Geden Lines and Zenith Gemi
İşletmeciliği.
In 2012, he stopped working on board and started onshore career for
Aygaz as Loading Master. He continued his career as DPA/HSEQ
Superintendent at Pascogas, operating Fully Refrigerated LPG carriers.
He contributed to new build projects..
Then after, he presented at Mantagas Denizcilik, started to operate
Fully Refrigareted LPG vessels and Oil/Chemical Tanker as
DPA/HSEQ Manager. After the expand of the Fleet, he continued as
Operation Manager at Mantagas.
In 2023, he left his position at Mantagas and started as General
Manager at Rhinestone on the establishment
Huseyin Emrah Karakas
Technical Superintendent
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Maritime Faculty in
2008 and obtained his bachelor’s degree in marine engineering in
2008.
He started his career at Dunya Shipping, and he continued his career at
Geden Lines as a 3rd and 2nd Engineer. He took his chief engineer
license at Ditas Shipping, 2016 and continue his career at International
Tanker Management until 2022. He has 15 years of on-board working
experience at chemical, product and crude oil tankers ranging from
5001 dwt to 300000 dwt.
Between 2022 and 2023 during his shore experience, he worked
freelance chief engineer. Attended different kind of projects as a
supervisor, mostly repair and installations BWTS at shipyards.
2023 he started job at Chemgas Fleet as a Superintendent and 2024
he continues his career at Rhinestone.
He holds Oceangoing Chief Engineer license.
Vladimir Nazarov
Technical director - shipping division
He graduated from Odessa State Maritime Academy in 2004.
He began his career at Primorsky Shipping Company (PRISCO) as a
Third Mechanic. He worked on board reinforced ice class tankers, was
responsible for maintenance, operation, and major repairs. Carried out
supervision and inspection of repair work.
From 2000 to 2010, he worked as a senior mechanic at Stolt Tankers
BV. He was responsible for all technical operations and the technical
condition of the chemical tanker.
He was appointed to the position of Senior Superintendent at Stolt
Tankers BV in 2010. He had 5-6 chemical tankers under
management, which were involved in intensive coastal
transportation, as well as around the world. He was involved in
ensuring the implementation of the tanker management policy and
its effective use by ship crews. He has extensive experience in
technical modifications and repair projects.
He started working at Rhinestone in 2024.
